TERMS OF USE
The basic rules for using Ouri, its games, community features, accounts, and creative tools.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, subject to applicable law.
Games and scores
Games are provided for entertainment. Do not manipulate scores, exploit bugs, automate play, interfere with other users, or attempt to bypass security. We may remove invalid scores or restrict abusive activity.
Uploads and avatars
Only upload content you have the right and permission to use. Do not upload illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-violating material. You retain ownership of your content and grant Ouri the limited rights needed to store, process, display, and deliver the requested feature.
Ouri content
The Ouri character, artwork, branding, stories, games, software, and site materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit commercial reuse without written permission.
Donations and future purchases
The current Open Donation feature is a demonstration and does not take real payment. If paid features launch later, the price, currency, refund rules, and applicable terms will be shown before purchase.
Availability and changes
Ouri is evolving. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Where permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties.
Safety and responsibility
Do not use Ouri to harm people or systems, violate law, impersonate others, collect data without permission, or distribute malicious software. We may suspend access to protect the platform and community.
